But hey, don’t lose hope. There has to be at least one person on earth who would love a tactless guy like you.
Welcome to the world of Quintessential Quintuplets, where harems have taken a new twist in an all loving, fun for all adventure. This anime will make you extremely jealous of the heavenly pleasure one high school boy can experience where not only 2, nor 3 nor 4 but 5 girls have fallen in love with him! To make things more orgasmic, they are all identical quintuplets with hugeeeee….. personalities 😉
Our homeboy Fuutarou Uesugi is the chosen protagonist of this whole spin-off. He’s your typical nerdy, but surprisingly handsome high-school student who is flat out broke. Broke as in someone who orders a meat set without the meat kinda broke…………damn.
Let’s introduce our gluttony queen quintuplet number 1 Itsuki-channn. We first see her butting heads with our home boy Fuutarou from day one. We can say that she’s living the high life with her multi luxurious ramen order consisting of 1500 yen. And I’m pretty sure that wasn’t the only thing she ate for lunch lol.
Fuutarou got a call from his adorable sister Raiha about a tutoring job. He accepted the job and to his surprise found Itsuki there with four other girls that look exactly like her. Ding ding ding, big brain moment for Fuutarou is when he finally realised that they were actually quintuplets.
Going from the top we’ve hot our big sister Ichika who is an aspiring actress. Then we’ve got the malicious tsundere queen Nino. Our national Waifu Miku. The highly sporty, pure and energetic princess Yotsuba. And the dandere Itsuki.
As you may have realised by now, the names of the girls are in kanji which corresponds to their birth order from 1 to 5. I know! Even I was blown away after figuring it out when the whole series has ended lol.
This high school romance is definitely one of the best animes I’ve ever seen in my life. With a combination of original storyline and appropriate amounts of fan service, this anime has taken the nation by storm with its cuteness.
We can see that as the story progresses, there’s a shroud of mystery around the bride that Fuutarou ends up marrying. To make things more interesting, all of the quintuplets ends up developing feelings for Fuutarou.

It was hinted by the author, Negi Haruba that the Bride is definitely one of the Nakano Quintuplets. The Bride held hands with Fuutarou during the bonfire of School Camping Trip Arc. The Bride is implied to have kissed Fuutarou under the bell tower at the end of Scrambled Eggs Arc.
If you’ve finished watching season 1, they you would know that all five of them were there to hold Fuutarou’s hand during the bonfire in the camping trip lol. It’s still not quite possible to identify the bride at this stage (if you watch the anime) but who knows, maybe he’ll be able to kiss all of them soon 😉
Best Waifu goes to MIKU!
