science – Anime Review Senpai

Science is just a name for the steady, pain-in-the-ass effort that goes behind it.

I’m 10 billion percent sure that you science freaks will love this anime! Welcome to the primitive stone age, set 3700 years into the future. Humans worldwide have been turned into stone by a mysterious petrification beam!

The Japanese manga written by Riichiro Inagaki, and illustrations by Boichi. The combinations of plot and visuals were so magnificent, TMS Entertainment developed this masterpiece into the anime we all know and love! And not long after the ending of season 1 (literally like 5 seconds), Dr.Stone was granted a second season “Stone Wars” that fans can look forward to in 2020!

We’ve got our boy Senku, the president of the science club who was turned into stone by a mysterious green light. He was counting every second that passed by for the last 3700 years. If all those numbers don’t make you feel dizzy then I don’t know what else will lol. This anime will trick you into learning science, in such an interesting way that you can’t even me mad about it.

We’ve got Senku’s best friends, Taiju and Yuzuriha. These two have a thing for each other if you didn’t notice by the first episode lol. The trio are the dream team that anyone could ever wish for when you’re stuck in a primitive era. We can see that Taiju was about to confess to Yuzuriha and then bam, petrification beam. Taiju managed to stay conscious by the thought of Yuzuriha alone. Now that’s what I call real love.

From the moment Senku broke free from the petrification, we can see his intellect up close and personal. His decisiveness and scientific knowledge goes hand in hand to aid his survival. He was able to deduce how the Nitric Acid from the Guano in the Bat cave was the secret formula for the revival fluid. There will be many thinks that will shock you as well! haha

Not only that there are other times when Senku has surprised us with his his inventions that are made from the natural resources around him. Such as soap, gunpowder, electricity and eventually a cell phone with the help of Ishigami village.

The intricate story line will reveal a hidden past about the village. Hopefully you’ll understand the boundless love between a father and his son at the end of it. Like hell I’m ganna spoil it for you, go and watch it yourself!!!! 🙂
