Soul Eater

I am writing this during my 3rd day of Covid infection/quarantine. It is absolutely beyond shit but I shall push through it to deliver some saucy quality reviews. Soul Eater is truly a masterpiece that transcends time and never gets old no matter how many times you watch it. I mean what other anime has this kind of originality where you’ve got a spirit that can transform into weapons? I could name a few but that’s not the point! Where here for the unique art and animation style! BAKA!

Apparently, Soul Eater sets place in the Nevada United States….I’m not sure how that works as all animes are set in Japan, but hey, it’s anime, so anything goes. You’ve got your big ass weapon school called Death Weapon Meister Academy (DWMA for short) where young meisters are trained up to hone their skills in wielding their death weapons. To be honest, I haven’t really got my head around this anime, much like death note, I’m just here for a good time lol.

You got your best girl Maka Albarn who is a 2 star-Meister at DWMA. Her trusty partner Soul Evans who comes from a Demon Weapon Race is a non-chantant hot head whose goal is to become a death scythe by eating 99 kishin (evil human) souls and 1 witch soul. As always, the dynamic duo came very close to completing their task in the first episode where their hopes and dreams crumbled before their very eyes. The last remaining soul was a fake witch’s soul lol. This was the moment when I knew I was going to love the anime lol.

We get introduced to a bunch of other crack heads such as death the kid, death star and probably the funniest of all was the shinigami who is the principal of the whole academy. Did I mention that Maka’s dad is a ladies’ man who is the strongest death weapon in the world? I guess good looks and success really runs in the family. Then who can forget the antagonist of the whole story? We’ve got the brainwashed Crona, who’s the puppet to her mother Medusa.

For an anime that was made about 20 years ago, the animation, music and story aren’t half bad. The character development was long and a little tedious at times but the comedy made it a smoother ride. Give this anime a chance and I’m sure you’ll be hooked it the tenacity, drive and courage of the characters. 9/10 in my books. I tip my hat to the creators.

Jujutsu no Kaisen: Unexpected deaths

Jujutsu No Kaisen is a banger. I think this anime can easily be in my top 5 favourite animes. With the comedy, action and mystery, there’s no telling where this series will take you….unless you read the manga lol. This is by no means a foreshadowing of who will die; instead, I will be giving spoilers.

Jujutsu no Kaisen is a world of curses. Evil spirits and Jujutsu sorcerers live in the shadow of society with somewhat crazy repression. Every one of them is crazy in one way or another and it’s very hard to find an average person. It’s extremes craziness, goofiness, coolest or straight-up dumb lol. You’ve got your main gang, Itadori Yuji, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki and Gojo Satoru as the head teacher.

Curses are pretty much the collective negative energy that overflows from society. Curse spirits are the manifestation of those negative energy and are related to the increased deaths over certain periods of the year. Jujutsu sorcerers are people who are able to control their own curse energy, make it flow within their body and create specialized techniques that turn into kick-ass actions that we see in the anime.

The whole story revolves around a boy called Itadori Yuji who was your typical high school student. He was in the occult club and was dared to retrieve a cursed item as part of a dare. This turned out to be one of Sukuna’s fingers, which was the strongest curse to ever live. To make things more interesting, other curses are attracted to Sukuna’s fingers as well so they start attacking in order to steal it.

Our boy Itadori is a little on the dumb side and the only option to save his new friend Megumi was to well….eat the finger? lol He then gains a little power boost from the manifestation process where Sukuna takes over his body. Little to our surprise our national husband, Gojo sensei shows up to save the day. Having acknowledged that Itadori has eaten one world’s most cursed items, he takes Yuji back to Jujutsu high for some questioning.

As the story developed we see more curses and characters come into the picture and things get a little more interesting. Ultimately us viewers developed a bond with our main characters so the creators love to tug our little heart strings. They tried killing off Itadori and Megumi multiple times at the start of the season but because of plot armour, that shit wasn’t allowed to happen lol.

Fast forward to the Shibuya Arc which will be the most intense storyline of this whole anime in my opinion, because everyone was pushed to their limits. Some sad losses were to Nobara who lost half of her face and Todo losing an arm but the saddest part of all was that our beloved Nanami Sensei is dead. Why would you kill of such a good character 😦

That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime: Oppai is Truth Shion Dies

There is a time in a man’s life when he must evolve. The 39-year-old virgin, Satoru Mikami with the dodgy internet history was going to get another shot at life. I would like to say that this is another typical isekai anime but it’s not…….. this is probably the best isekai I’ve ever seen. Satoru was going out for lunch with his kohai and then boom, he got stabbed and died. Just your typical Isekai plot, nothing to see here.

We then hear a strange voiceover that we would know and love as the great sage. Great sage is a skill that our friend Satoru gained as he was dying, and later becomes one of the most loyal and the most grateful asset. Satoru gets reincarnated into a cave unable to see anything. He then moves around and discovers his first ability, which was predator. This ability gave him 4 other effects such as analysis, mimicry, storage and isolation. Satoru is essentially able to absorb living and non-living items, analyze the properties and replicate or create useful items or skills. This basic ability is the foundation in which he grows into one of the strongest demon lord in the anime.

Little did Satoru know, this cave had a big bad dragon with a dry sense of humour that was sealed in there. The dragon was well……lonely and hadn’t had much interaction with anyone in the past 600 years. This dragon was Veldora storm dragon one of the most feared creatures in the anime and is socially awkward as hell. He has been sealed for so long that he was running out of magicules to survive. Satoru and Valdora decided to give each other names. Veldora Tempest and Rimuru Tempest, the best buddies for 4 eva will now be established.

Rimuru being unable to break the imprisonment, used predator to swallow Veldora whole to analyze the shield from inside his body while Veldora did the same but from the inside out. Rimuru now sets out to the outside world to find answers about this world. This world turned out to be full of monsters such as dwarves, goblins, orcs and lizards. You name it they have it. But it’s ok, they all speak English so it’s easy to understand them.

There isn’t really much to do once you’re in this RPG type of world, that is to level up as much as you can! Rimuru first runs into a bunch of goblins that were really weak and decides to make them into his friends. Next, they get attacked by a bunch of wolves, and turn them into pets. Attacked by a bunch of orcs, makes the one with the biggest boobs into his bitch lol. I can therefore conclude that Rimuru is the god of big tiddies.

As usual, becoming a demon lord wasn’t an easy task. However, Rimuru had the help of his friends to help him achieve his goals. Yes, he did screw up every now and then, to the point that Shion got killed and he had to go through the whole resurrection process but hey, that’s water under the bridge right? Not to mention the entire process of getting to demon lord status and that scene where Rimuru massacred off 10,000 people just to save some big titties. My man.

Rimuru has made very strong allies along the way, including Millim, Veldora, and a bunch of other powerful allies. Rimuru’s ability is to turn his foes into friends and by the end of this whole anime, he’ll eventually become a harem king lol. Anyway, I would highly recommend watching this anime if you like something nice and simple to understand, but if you’re looking for something complex and mind-blowing, go watch death note or something lol.

Welcome to the alluring anime that has captured the heart of every otaku, Kimi No Na Wa or Your Name. This 1 hour and 30-minute film take you on an emotional ride filled with history, comedy and romance, making you wish you had a love story as cool as this. So how did you guys first meet? lol Any answer apart from switching bodies due to a passing comet will totally become bland after watching this anime.

We start off with your typical high school students Taki and Mitsuha. Taki is your average Tokyo student while Mitsuha is from a mountain town called Itomori. One peculiar day, the two wake up realizing that they’ve been switched into a body of the opposite gender. Taki being the curious adolescence who is now in the body of Mitsuna commits his first offence. OPPAIIIIIIIII.

Mitsuha who is now in Taki’s body believes that this is a very realistic dream so she tries to live out the day as normally as she could. The country girl gets lost the way to school which was a fantastic start lol. Not only that she forgets her lunch as well. The only good thing was that she was able to hook our boy Taki us with his co-worker. Saying “Take off your skirt” seems to be pretty effective when you have cornered your prey haha. Taki who is now in Mitsuha’s body wrecks up a storm at her school. You can pretty much say that he acted like a delinquent, hit on a few girls kicked a couple of desks over no biggie lol.

Somewhere along the line, they both discover that this wasn’t just a strange dream. THEY REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY SWITCHED BODIES!!! Having discovered this, they are now able to lay some groundwork for what they are allowed to do. Mitsuha pretty much wastes a lot of money on sweets while Taki pretty much plays with Oppai’s all day long lol.

The visuals are absolutely amazing and you’ll be immersed in the beautiful scenery as the couple takes you on their adventure. The music seems to fit right in making it truly an anime masterpiece of 2016. The plot is somewhat easy to follow but if you’re a fool like me who didn’t watch it properly, be prepared to watch it twice haha. 

After a while, they discover that they were no longer switching bodies. Taki gets paranoid and goes on a wild goose chase after his crush. He goes to Itomori to find out that it has been hit by a comet 3 years ago and that nobody survived……… so what’s going on you may ask and how the hell are they switching bodies then? This goes back to the foreshadow mentioned at the start of the anime!

At the start, we learn about the word Katawaredoki which means twilight. We instantly know that Twilight is an important factor in this movie. If you look into this further, the correct dialect form would be Kawataredoki roughly translates to “who are you at this hour?” This hints that the two lovers will meet the twilight due to a supernatural phenomenon.

Another symbol used was the red thread representing the Shinto God Musubi. This anime convincingly incorporated the red thread of fate into their relationship to symbolize their fated matchmaking and eventually love. Mitsuha being the tiger as we know, gave her braided hair tie to Taki which ultimately connects the two from that moment. You see at the end as Taki went up to search for Mitsuha in the mountains, even though they couldn’t see each other, they were connected by the thread of fate 😉

Kimi No Na Wa Music!

This anime teaches us an important lesson. One, get yo self a red thread and hook it to your crush lol. Two, love knows no boundaries. Love is capable of transcending distance, time and hardships. We can all learn a lesson from this anime and that’s true love is worth waiting/fighting for. Love takes time and patient to build into something solid and lasting. For all of you single souls out there, don’t give up on love, it is definitely worth the wait 🙂 #SinglePringles

Welcome to the world of Konosuba, where the traditional Isekai standards are thrown out the window and laughed upon for its normality. Humour, wild cards and sexy girls definitely make this anime ONE OF THE BEST that I’ve ever seen. The perfect combination of music, plot (and did I say hot girls?) all blended into one spectacular anime. Kinda like a delicious fruit smoothie on a hot summers day. SATISFYING.

Let’s start off with your average Isekai death ritual. We’ve got our NEET Kazuma who was walking back from his venture to the game store. With his R18+ game in hand, he saw his attractive boner inducing classmate about to get hit by a car. Being the stereotypical good guy at the wrong time, he decides to jump in and take the blow for her. In the end, the girl lived, the car was fine andddddd he died of an emotional shock. Even his parents laughed at the cause of death lol

In the afterlife, he meets this beautiful goddess named Aqua, who too laughed at his cause of death. Kazuma was given two very interest choices for his good deed. To be reincarnated into the human world once again, or to be reincarnated into an alternate world. He was permitted one wish which was to bring anything with him. A powerful sword, crazy psychic powers, incredible wealth but with a comedic turn of events due to Kazuma being butthurt, he pointed to the goddess and chose her instead. 

You can’t miss out on this sexy mouse pad! 😉

Off they go into a fantasy world. You would think that Kazuma is incredibly lucky to have such a hot goddess helping him out but you would be wrong. This goddess is not only physically THICC but mentally THICC in the head as well lol.  With literally 0 intelligence points, she uses her level up points on the only useful skill known to man. That’s right people, a skill that allows her to shoot up a minuscule stream of water from her fan to show off as a party trick. NATURE’S BEAUTY!

Kazuma gains a couple more girls into his harem. The 3rd member goes by the name of Megumin. The Arch Wizard who’s only one love and true desire is to blow shit up with explosion magic. However, after casting one, she becomes completely useless to the point where her teammates literally have to carry her lol. The 4th member is called Darkness. From the name who could probably deduce that she is a masochist who finds it pleasurable to get beaten up physically and mentally. Well tbh no one was expecting that but it sure as hell funny lol

Why not cosplay as Aqua? 🙂

They go many adventures together and by facing various challenges their friendship foster into something truly “unique”. Kazuma is the brains of the herd as you can probably see the others are pretty useless by themselves lol. Their ultimate goal is to defeat the Devil King but to be honest, they didn’t really get anywhere in the first season because due to a series of unfortunate events caused by Aqua. Credits to Aqua in the second season where she became a little more useful in the fights lol. 

If you’re wanting something lighthearted for the shits and gigs then this anime will be able to satisfy your 2am munchies. Do not try to search for any seriousness in the anime because everything they do or say is pretty much a joke. I thoroughly enjoyed the comedic plot as well as the jokes being thrown around. You’ll fall in love with the main characters as they are all “unique” in some way or another. Hopefully, they will announce a season 3 because this anime deserves more episodes 🙂

The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky

Welcome to the world of Nanatsu No Taizai or The Seven Deadly Sins, which is a tale about the medieval times. First, we’ll do a bit of introduction for the newbies so that you guys can catch up. Not only was this anime based on medieval times, the writers decided to throw in demons, angels and supernatural abilities in there too. Holy shit, this anime will keep you at the edge of your seats throughout the season. Both of them! lol

The main protagonist Meliodas, the sin of Wrath is not your typical boy. He’s actually a 3000-year-old Demon and is the son of Satan. That escalated quickly lol. He’s not as cute as he seems. He’s actually the captain of the Seven Deadly sins. And is also the biggest pervert in the anime lol. As you can see below, he enjoys grabbing big boobs and having a sneak peek at panties as a hobby.

For those of you know don’t know what the 7 sins are they compose of the following. Greed, Envy, Sloth, Wrath, Lust, Gluttony and Pride. Each member representing each sin corresponding to their characteristics and individual desires seen in the anime. Not sure why Meliodas wasn’t Lust but who am I to complain lol.

The story is set in a country called Liones, Britania. The seven deadly sins were considered the strongest of the holy knights. Ten years ago, there was a rumour that the seven deadly sins were planning to overthrow the kingdom. This was bullshit btw, they were framed. They had to disband the crew tried to keep a low profile. But thanks to Elizabeth who sets out to find the Seven Deadly Sins, they are now once again reunited.

Elizabeth Liones, is the 4th Princess of the Liones Kingdom. She is a princess who has a benevolent and kind nature. Think of Hinata. Yeah, Waifu material lol. She is the 107th reincarnation of the super hottie Supreme Deity daughter Goddess Elizabeth and also the reincarnation of Liz who was Meilodas’s past lover.

And who can forget Hawk! The captain of the leftover knights! The strongest character in the anime (self-proclaimed). Hawk is a talking pig with the moral conscience to keep Meliodas in character. Oh and the Boar Hat is actually built on top of Hawk’s mum who is hugeeeee! Hawk can be uptight most of the time but I find him reliable, trustworthy and full of courage. His heart is definitely in the right place ❤

Now with all the introductions out of the way, let’s get into the movie.  Picking up from season 2, the fight with the 10 commandments was over but shit was still over the place so I don’t really know where this movie fits into the timeline but oh well. The movie starts off with each member gathering ingredients. It was revealed that the King of Liones’s birthday was coming up and they were going to have a BIG celebration.

Prisoners of the Sky Original Soundtrack!

Meliodas heard a rumour from somewhere that the meat of a sky fish is extremely delicious and he wanted to get some for his old friend the king. While the others have already finished their share of hunting-gathering, Meliodas has been slacking off as usual lol. He instead tries to cook an apple pie with Ban as the head chef and everything was looking as good as usual. However, nobody wanted to have a taste lol. The brave Escanor took up the challenge and boooooom, rainbow vomit everywhere!

Meliodas and Hawk decide to go wash off the skittle coloured vomit in a nearby pond. Melios takes a look and he sees something very unusual. It was a herd of Sky Fish!!! Meliosdas and Hawk decide to jump in and little did they know it was actually a portal to sky island! On the other hand, a Melioodas look-alike also popped out from the pond at the same time! His name is Solaad and he is a celestial with wings. They are the descendants of the goddess clan!

The winged people were there to greet the Meliodas and Hawk. They were trying to capture Solaad for running away from his soldier duties. So they mistakenly took Meliodas instead due to their facial similarities and well pretty everything about them was similar tbh. However, Hawk becomes an instant hero because he looks exactly like the great warrior Oshiro and pretty much gets worshipped. The Celestials are the protectors of a giant egg that has many demons sealed inside it from 3000 years ago.

And out of nowhere a demon group called the Six Knights of Black appeared and attacked Solaad and the Seven Deadly Sins at Liones. Their goal is to ultimately crack the big egg and unleash the ultimate evil from the inside. Solaad eventually convinces the Seven Deadly Sins to help out at the sky temple. However because Galla destroyed the pond portal, the crew had to take the long way there. That’s right team, Mama Hawk takes flight! 

As the big egg starts to crack, the rest of the Six Knights of Black are released. Their names aren’t important but they were all strong as hell. The leader of the group Bellion holds a 3000-year-old grudge against Meliodas. He has once declined entry into the 10 Commandments because at the time he was too weak. So he’s pretty much butthurt and takes his anger out on Meliodas. Meliodas was having quite a hard time fending off all of the Six Knights and he was pushed to the limits.

Reinforcements finally arrived after Meliodas got stabbed by the sacred Wing Sword which is a specialized anti-demon sword. Don’t worry guys our captain won’t die that easily. They manage to pull it out and the fight continues. The Seven Deadly Sins took out all of the Knights and there was just one left, their leader Bellion. He used his teammates’ souls to break the seal on the giant egg and booooom comes out the Indura of Retribution.  What will happen? Go watch it! 🙂

Definitely, recommend this anime/movie to all you guys who are into supernatural powers and fan service. There is actually a good easy to follow plot to this movie so don’t get discouraged if you haven’t seen season 1 or 2. The visuals are stunning and the mystery will keep you wondering even after the movie has finished 🙂

Welcome to the unique world of Parasyte The Maxim, an anime that will leave you questioning humanities pretentious rights and how you have yet to be infected. The complexity and intricate plot will really shake your conscience, opening your eyes to the harsh reality typically unseen to the normal person. But tbh nobody is here for that, we just want to see some fighting and this anime definitely delivers!

Your main boy Shinichi Izumi was having a lonely night at home watching porn studying like a good high schooler. It was time to go to bed so that he could get up bright and early for school tomorrow morning. Some gooey worm-like creatures with little drills on their heads suddenly started to appear on earth, specifically in……. you guessed it, always Japan. Just look at these things, I could use some of these in my garden lol

The Parasytes are able to drill into the ears/nose of the human host and take over their brain. The green critter was trying to climb into Shinichi’s ears but he was wearing headphones. The next best place was his nose but the little critter failed because he sneezed lmao. Shinichi wakes up finding this green worm trying to borrow its way into his right arm. Doing everything in his power to stop the little shit, he grabs his headphone cable and ties it around his arm. Everything kinda went blank afterwards for Shinichi.

He wakes the next morning thinking that it was a bad dream and goes to school as usual. He notices very subtle changes in his body, like when he was about to get hit by a car, his right-hand transforms into a metal claw protecting him from imminent death. Yeah just the casual routine for everyone, no biggie. He goes home believing something is definitely wrong with his right hand and tries to stab it. And hello world, something very unusual appears!

Say hello to Migi! The Parasyte that Shinichi was able to prevent from travelling up to his brain has successfully fertilised his right hand lol. Shinichi was shocked as hell knowing that now his hand could talk back to him. And what’s worse the hand was able to materialize sharp metal blades that were able to cut through pretty much anything. I was genuinely surprised on how he didn’t piss his pants at this stage lol

Shinichi decides to call the Parasyte Migi which literally means right in Japanese. That is the most creative name I’ve ever heard. props to you Japan. The duo decides to share a mutualistic relationship as they both required each other to survive. Shinichi needed protection from other Parasytes while Migi needed Shinichi to be alive in order to survive. Migi starts reading books to obtain human knowledge and to become more fluent in Japanese which I found extremely cute.

The dynamic duo is faced with many dangerous Parasytes that are trying to kill them. Luckily for Shinichi, Migi is a super genius and all ways come up with solid solutions to get them both out of trouble. Like this one time, my boy Migi devised a plan to kill this Parasyte who broke into the school. Migi got Shinichi to stab a hole in the enemy and boom. Game over. One thing leads to another the duo bumps into another Parasyte called Yuko Tachikawa and learnt that Parasytes only kill only Parasytes for survival. 

Shinichi has a hot best friend Satomi Murano. He “accidentally” groped her the day before and decides to apologize for it. Migi is a pervert confirmed. He takes her out for a pancake date and the two have a great time. Afterwards, on their walk home, Satomi notices something strange about her childhood friend. He somewhat looks hotter after stopping three thugs from bullying a cat. At this point, we can confirm that Satomi was moist lol.

The story can’t be that smooth for Satomi right? They decided to throw in this super hottie Kana Kimishima into the love triangle just for kicks. Migi was able to tell that this waifu was able to detect Parasyte wavelengths making her one of a kind. Too bad she wasn’t there to tell him that his mum was infected as he came home and was stabbed in the chest. How would you feel if your mum has been missing for months, decides to return and tries to kill you? What a great surprise because you find out that she killed your dad as well……..

Don’t worry Shinichi could never die! Migi comes to the rescue and seals the hole in his chest for him. Because of this psychological change, Shinichi becomes an emotional pit of despair, pretty much on par as a Parasyte. Migi becomes increasingly tired and can only be active for about 4 hours per day or something lol. He literally becomes oblivious to other girls hitting on him and is able to kill living beings without a shred of empathy. His heightened sense of skills with Migi scythe allows him to face his mum without a problem. With the help of a new friend, he was able to take down his mum successfully with a surprise attack. 

There were so many great fights in this anime and it will be hard to mention them all. The highlight of the series will have to be when Shinichi was able to kill Hideo by throwing a rock from about a kilometre away, piercing Hideos chest and killing him. This was the most insane scene I’ve ever seen! The ultimate fight between Gotou is something that will leave you questioning the fundamental principles of humanity. Are Parasytes really the treat or are humans the toxic beings that are destroying the earth?

Live Action Limited DVD Box Set!

Shinichi was able to defeat Goto and the expense of Migi becoming dormant forever. A year later, Shinichi was having dreams about Migi who was bidding him farewell. The romance that blossoms between Shinichi and Satomi is a beautiful one as he saves her countless times from impending death. With the help of an old friend of course 😉 The combination of plot, music and animation definitely puts Parasyte on the top-tier animes. Heck, it was so good that they decided to make a live action movie out of it lol.

Tokyo Ghoul Re:2 Episode 7 Kaneki And Touka Finally Got Married

“Why should I apologize for being a monster? Has anyone ever apologized for turning me into one?”

If you’ve never heard of Tokyo Ghoul then you’ve probably been living under a rock. A rock that has isolated you from the glorious sunshine consisting of 3 seasons worth of soul nourishment. Tokyo Ghoul revolves around Ghouls who are living repressed lives in Tokyo. Ghouls are really no different from human beings apart from the fact that they cannot eat human food and that they have Kakunaes which are deadly AF.

Despite not being able to eat anything apart from human flesh, they do settle for a nice cup of coffee every now and then. You can see in Season 1 our homeboy Kaneki Ken works at Anteiku which is the best coffee shop around the block. Kaneki Ken was just your typical shy high school boy who happens to land a date with Rize, the hottest bitch on the block. Their little coffee date was good until their walk home. Rize revealed that she was a ghoul and was ready to devour Keneki.

Luckily for our boy, a bunch of steel beams fell on her saving our boy in the process. He woke up in the hospital where the doctor had transplanted organs and shit from Rize in order to save his life. Malpractice to the highest level but in the anime world nobody gives a F. Now Kaneki is pretty much put through hell. Constantly fighting for his life against CGG, Aogiri Tree and a bunch of other Ghouls would are desperate to eat him *cough cough Tsukiyama. Although not all is bad, he meets a girl called Touka and a bunch of friendly ghouls at Anteiku who helps him adjust to his new life.

I’ll take this time to explain what the hell it is that sprouts out of the ghoul’s body. Ghouls have this sac like thing in their body called a Kakuhou that stores specific Rc Cells. These cells are released at will to form Kagune which we can see as those freaky weapons that they use to kill each other with. The shape size and form depends entirely upon the constitution of the RC cells and the users’ creativity. Our boy Kaneki just grows tails like the nine tail fox lmao.

Fast forward to Season 4 Which is Tokyo Ghoul Re:2. A bunch of shit has happened. The coffee shop owner dies, Kaneki loses his memory then gains it back, Arima is dead and Eto is surprisingly pretty hot. Don’t get me started on all the additional characters that nobody can really remember when they appeared or what they did a couple of seasons ago.

The fight between master and student was pretty emotional. Kaneki was able to release his Kakunja after being pushed to the limits by Arima. After having 2 of his weapons broken, Kishou Arima decides it was pointless to continue and commits Seppuku on his own throat and boom. He ded. His god damn pride was so high that it was actually commendable. But we learn that he was already dying anyway due to a very huge secret!

The season where Arima dies and Kaneki and Touka finally have sex, what a time to be alive lol. Touka was being straightforward as F asking if Kaneki was a virgin and telling him that if it really came down to it she would let him do it with her. I mean if that wasn’t dropping enough hints for ya then you’re probably too innocent for this world lol. Fast forward maybe 5 minutes they finally start going at it.

The mood was set folks, the two of them in a dark room staring into each other’s eyes with some baby making music in the background. Touka takes her shirt off revealing a massive pair of DD Oppais. HOLY SHIT, they were the most perfect pair of melons I’ve ever seen in my life. I’m so glad they were given time to grow for 4 seasons because if she whipped them out in season 1, I’m sure as hell a lot of viewers would have been disappointed lol.

This sex scene was actually pretty softcore but very enjoyable to watch. A lot of flashbacks of their times together and no butt clapping sounds. Just pure romantic love making like its suppose to be between two lovers. I thoroughly appreciated the freeze frames highlighting their 2-minute session to be blissful and heavenly. Oh, and Touka got pregnant after this. Them Ghoul sperm but be super strong swimmers lol.

As the new generation do it, they decide to have sex before marriage. Nothing wrong with testing out the waters before getting yourself into a lifetime commitment. Kaneki and Touka decide to hold their wedding underground. The wedding planner was probably someone we all know cough cough and he did a pretty decent job too. The two looked very good together I must say and I hope they live happily ever after with their soon to be born daughter :p

I feel like at this point I have no idea what the hell is going on anymore. I’ve been watching for the fights and I’m not even mad. However, I was surprised and glad to see Amon again! Really made my week knowing that he’s not dead! Tokyo Ghoul has been my all time favourite anime with its high pitch opening and its beacon of light on racial discrimination that parallels our own world.

Re:Zero Starting Life in Another World

When you said that you hate yourself, it made me want to tell you all the wonderful things I know about you.

Welcome to Re:Zero, the anime where the main protagonist is realistically pathetic.  If you’ve come here expecting an over-powered badass protagonist then turn yo ass right back to One Punch Man or Dragon Ball Z lol. However, if you’re here to see best girl Rem and Ram then I highly advise you screenshot their pictures for hands-on academic purposes and pleasurable learning experience.

We have our usual otaku Natsuki Subaru. You would think he was the heir to the Subaru automobile company but you would be very disappointed. One night Subaru got the munchies and decided to visit his local Konbini (pretty much a 7-Eleven). On his way back to his apartment, he got hit by a car and boom, into another world he goes.

He gets transported to your typical RPG world in medieval times. He runs into some thieves and tries to fight them. Being the complete noob, he gets stabs and dies. THE END. Can’t be that easy right? He somehow respawns at the same starting place prior to the fight. Being as confused as the viewers at home, Subaru decides to test it out again. And to our surprise, the same thing happened. Using his limited brain cells, he was able to comprehend and concluded his ability to be “Return By Death“. Kinda like a save point on your Pokémon game.

He awkwardly meets a silver-haired half-elf cuttie called Emilia and her spirit companion Puck. Subaru was bewitched by her beauty because she was packing bro. His gaze was stuck on her like a piece of gum under a car tyre. She was searching for her “insignia” badge like thing for her royalty selection. Subaru agrees to help her find it after she saved him the ass whooping in the alley.

After a few trails and error and dying about 30 times, Subaru was able to track down the whereabouts of the insignia but was stuck with the almost impossible mission. Killing a super sexy oppai assassin Elsa whos moves are nearly as good as her curves. However, with the help of his friend Reinhart, Subaru was able to protect Emelia from her imminent death. Oh, and Loli cat girl Felt decides to return the stolen insignia to the rightful owner.

Subaru later finds himself in a super king size bed in the Roswaal mansion. At the end of the bed past his huge morning wood  dick, he sees super babe twin Rem and Ram. Rem is the sea breeze blue hair chick with the D cups while Ram is the candy floss pink hair chick who is a flat is justice candidate. Life can be unfair.

Being the broke as that Subaru is, he convinces Roswaal to hire him as a butler. After spending 3 days at the mansion, learning the ways with the twins, he mysteriously dies. After returning from death, he investigates the possible causes which all in disappointment took about 5 deaths until finally learning that it was a puny dog that bit him and gave him a curse.

It turns out multiple children in the village were also affected! Most of them wandered into the forest at night, supposedly sleepwalking and were in dangered on getting eaten by the Mabeasts. Subaru and best girl Rem decides to enter the forest to save them all. Subaru was able to distract most of the mabeasts while Rem finished them off with her kinky flail weapon. If she doesn’t make you moist then I don’t know what will. Eventually, with the help of Roswaal, they defeated all the mabeast and Rem falls in love with Subaru for saving her. Boob contact was noted. Super jealous.

The royal selection came around and Subaru escorted Emelia to the capital. We can see the royal candidates Emelia, Priscilla, Crusch, Anastasia and Felt. They are all banging in their own ways ❤ Subaru was being a huge dick in front of embarrassing not Emelia but himself. He got into some beef with the royal knights club and got his ass whooped by Julius, the top knight. This kinda gave Subaru and Emelia bad blood and made things hella awkward. Subaru at this point looks a like a madman on steroids with all his emotional bullshit that’s he was spouting.

After recovering who his beef with Julius, Subaru trains with Wilhelm in the art of sword fighting to get stronger. Rem got a telepathy message that Ram was in distress so the two decided to travel back to the mansion. Once they got there, Subaru saw a sea of dead bodies including Ram and Emelia. Just a bit late there buddy lol. After dying a few more times, he discovered that the Witch’s Cult was responsible. Betelgeuse was the fucked up mad villain of this series and he will seriously give you goosebumps.

During his journey, he runs into a huggggeeeee mabeast called the White Whale. I couldn’t think of a better description because that’s really what it was lol. Rem sacrificed herself so that Subaru could escape. Barusu was able to get to the mansion but and now nobody can remember best girl Rem. Subaru confessed his return to death ability and Emelia dies. Great. Puck got pissed off, transformed into a huge wolf and kills everyone including the Witch’s Cult. After respawning, Subaru nearly gives up and plans to run away with best girl Rem to get married but was rejected.

Subaru decides to ask for help from the fellow royal candidates to defeat the White Whale. Crusch and Anastasia join the battle after a lot of negotiations. Wilhelm poked his sword into the white whale and kills it. YAY! After that Subaru was able to defeat Betelgeuse 10 times with the help of Julius. He was a stubborn one. Making up with Emelia, Subaru confessed his love to her and with no response, it plays it cool like it didn’t hurt lol.

Re:Zero has an amazingly pathetic protagonist but what I loved about this anime because it was realistic. Anyone who was thrown into a situation like that would more or less end up doing the same as Subaru. I really appreciate the storyline but making Subaru less of a useless character would have been better haha.

Mob Psycho 100

The truth behind one’s charm is kindness. Become a good person. That is all.

Let me take you on an adrenaline-packed ride, powered by 4 cans of Red Bull as I splurge my emotions into this post. I know what you’re thinking. Another high school anime with superpowers how lame! Well MOB PSYCHO 100 get’s 100 points from me. Dry comedy has always been my favourite and if you loved One Punch Man, this will satisfy your munchies more than any pot brownie can.

We’ve got our buddy Mob. His real name is Shigeo Kageyama but who the hell wants to call him that. From his fragile physical appearance and pale complexion, you’ll be convinced that he’s either a malnourished Ethiopian boy or a starving vampire. But don’t let that fool you, my friend, Mob has a secret that he’s been hiding. Mob has an enormous dick psychic potential that can mop the floor with anyone he faces.

He is your typical middle school student at Salt Middle School.  His main interests are the Body Improvement club and his side job as an exorcist. What a mix lol. If I had to summarize the character in 2 words, it would be a nervous wreck. He’s socially awkward to the point that I feel awkward just watching him haha. However, under all that social awkwardness lies a hidden apathetic monster that’s ready to unleash chaos to the world. But that’s only when his emotions reach 100% so don’t worry.

His master, Arataka Reigen is the best psychic in the whole entire world! (Self-proclaimed). Owner of Spirits and Such Consultation Office, you can see Reigen take advantage of clients and scam them for money on the get-go. What’s more hilarious is that Reigen himself doesn’t even have any psychic powers, just cheap tricks and bandwagoning off Mob’s powers to get the job done. Nonetheless, people actually believe him and Mob looks up to him as an idol.

With all the cheapskate talk about him out of the way, Reigen is actually a decent human being. He has a lot of principles making him a walking bag of contradictions. However, the good thing about that is he believes that hurting others is wrong. Mob is often reminded so with a display of moral lessons and shady side business from his master.

A rollercoaster full of vivid colours will get projectile vomited into your face as mob unleashes his psychic powers. From the first episode as Mob is called in as a backup to get rid of an evil spirit in an infamous tunnel. Just throw some salt on them you say. Well, that’s what Reigen did but instead, it was table salt so it didn’t do shit lol. After witnessing a display of powerful talk and no bite, Mob takes down the spirit without any shred of mercy.

The comedy in the anime is pure class lads. The Telepathy club at Mobs high school was at a risk of being disbanded by the principal due to a lack of numbers. They were going to be replaced by the Body Improvement Club. The obvious choice would be for Mob to join the Telepathy club and help out right? The sudden unexpected decisions make this anime legendary and no fucks were given when mob chose the Body Improvement Club as he reflected back on his life. 

And of course, it wouldn’t be a supernatural, action anime without some fights, right? Salt Middle school got into some beef with Black Vinegar Middle School. Mob somehow gets kidnapped by the Black Vinegar delinquents and all hell breaks loose as his senpai goes to rescue him. Now steps out another psychic, Teru who brings down the senpais in a flash.

Noticing Mob’s powers, Teru challenges him to a duel of psychic abilities. Mob being a soft bitch refuses to fight back as it goes against his morals. Chairs and ki blasts were being thrown at Mob with increasing ferocity. Mob blocks them all with ease. Teru got closer to him and pinned him to a wall. Mob emotional percentage was rising towards 100%. He sticks to his moral and refuses to fight and passes out due to anaphylaxis. This awakens the ???% form that has never been seen before and blasts Teru butt naked into the sky. Bye bye, bald naked boy.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the most useless important character in the whole anime Dimple! He is an upper-class spirit with red cheeks who excels at possessing humans. He was able to start a cult LOL but was dissolved by Mob. Dimple then becomes harmless and actually joins Mob in his adventures waiting for the opportunity to possess the psychic genius. He only got as far as possessing Ritsu and awakened his psychic powers following his brothers’ footsteps. 

Mob attracted the attention on of evil organisation Claw. These guys were the real deal psychic/esper threat. I’ll give you snippets of the fight against Megumu Koyama who was probably the only person who gave Mob the hardest time. His special ability was Telekinesis Hex which involves him condensing his psychic powers to his fight allowing him to break through psychic barriers. Nonetheless, Mob pulls through with his awakening but looses due to a cheap trick of knockout gas. THIS SCENE MADE ME SO ANGRY ARGRGRGRGRGRG. Koyama has it coming anyway.

The BEST fight in the anime was when Reigen fights with the Claw members. Mob somehow was able to transfer his powers to Reigen. Being the master that Mob looks up to, he finally shows his true potential and protects his student from danger. I cannot express how happy I was in this scene, it was pure bliss to finally see Reigen talk the talk for once with his weird attacks. Anxiously waiting for season 2 because the whole Claw organisation has not been crushed yet!

Zatch Bell

Since you’re a horse and I think you’re a freak, your name will be Horse Freak

What’s more fun than watching little demonic kids with supernatural powers battle each other? NOTHING. Welcome to the world of Zatch Bell, the worldwide battle to become Mamodo King. What is a Mamodo you may ask? Think of it as a child from the demon realm. Every thousand years, a new Mamodo king is selected. Around a hundred or so chosen mamodo candidates are selected to take part in the “Battle to decide the Mamodo King Tournament” what a long ass name. And as you guessed, whoever wins will become the Mamodo King!

Our main protagonist is Zatch Bell. This kid right here, he’s the son of the current Mamodo King. No biggie lol. He was sent to the human world alongside his brother Zeno to compete for the throne. This anime is sort of a rip off from Pokemon. The Mamodo’s all have their own spell book. However, they require a human partner to bring out their full potentials.

So what is the first thing that Zatch does? He goes looking for a partner! But does that happen right away? No! Because that will be too straightforward! Zatch runs into his brother Zeno who wipes him of his memories. That’s better! So now with his memory gone, he has no clue what he’s doing and becomes lost in some forest in England.

Luckily this mysterious man (who shall be revealed later mwhahaha) found this kid lying in a forest and decides to send him to his son back in Tokyo. Buying a plane ticket for the boy would be too mainstream so he gave him an eagle to ride his way there LMAO.

Not long after, Zatch crashes through Kiyo’s window with a big yellowfin tuna attached to his back. This little midget introduces himself and somehow they get along fine lol. I love how Kiyo becomes immersed in the letter from his father while Zatch downs a giant Yellowfin Tuna like a bowse.

Soon, the dynamic duo got into some serious trouble as other candidates started tracking them down. Kiyo being the smart boy with an IQ of 180 that he is, was able to discover the potential of Zatch’s spell book. He drew the power from the book and was able to cast the first spell “Zaker” that lets Zatch shoot a bolt of lightning from his mouth.

I had enough patience to actually finish reading the manga but never finished watching the anime. I’m not even sure the anime ever finished either lol. Plus I heard that the anime deviated from the manga so fuck that shit. I can tell you now that Zatch Bell Manga is better than the Naruto storyline. There is no side story bullshit or filers and it gets straight to the point which I find very amusing.

 

Zatch is pretty much a kid who gets bored a lot of the time. To counter this, Kiyo builds the Volcan 300! This is possibly one of the best toys I’ve ever seen. The craftsmanship of Kiyo is beyond level 9000. The amusement that Zatch gets from this toy is over a million LMAO.

The most notable characters are Brago and Sherry. These two are off the bat OP AF. I mean they are able to defeat their opponents with ease and elegance. Then there’s Ponygon or was going to be named Horse Freak, who is a Mamodo who was having a hard time finding a partner. He was so useless at the start at the start but then easily became one of the most useful characters in the anime/manga. Konchome is another character with a set of useless skills but just wait until you read the manga. He obtains this spell which flips the table on all the Mamodo’s even beating Zatch with his strongest spells.

Their adventure brings them across Japan and even overseas to England! They face many foes along the way getting stronger while learning new spells. Zatch has the ability to turn foes into friends which is one of the qualities I love about him. He also never gives up on his friends and its so heartwarming to see.

One thing leads to another, Zatch was finally able to battle his brother Zeno. This was the most anticipated fight of the century. Zeno was not the smartest character but it was actually his partner Dufort who has the amazing ability called ANSWER TALKER.  The original Renegan, this power manifests as circular rings in the eyes. This allows the user to just know the solution to any question or situation that they come across. I have no idea how the anime ended so I won’t spout nonsense. The ability, however, was super helpful for Kiyo, who rapidly learns 3 new spells after being resurrected from the dead in the manga,

The final battle in the manga was against you guessed it, Zatch and Bragoooooo. This time it’s an all-out brawl, spells were being thrown here and there and finally, Zatch pulls out his ultimate trump card the Shin Beruwan Baou Zakeruga. HOLY SHIT if you thought the Bao Zakega was badass, check this beast out. When Brago saw this coming he was like fuck this shit lol.

Zatch ended up winning the Mamodo battle. Because of his kind personality, he decided to resurrect everyone who was killed during the competition in the human world.  He decides to go back to school in the Mamodo world like a Bowse lol.

This is a relatively old anime/manga but I would highly suggest giving it a chance. My shitty review does not do it justice and it deserves so much more credit and popularity than it has gotten.  If you ask me, fuck the anime and read the manga ❤

Hunter X Hunter Anime&Manga!

If you want to get to know someone, find out what makes them angry.

Welcome to the world of Hunter X Hunter!. Where little kids run around chasing their dreams and runaway parent lmao. A hunter is essentially a professional Indiana Jones who specialises in treasure hunting, locating rare animals, surveying new terrains and lastly assassinate bad people.

Currently, up to chapter 680, a LOT of shit has happened, but I shall try my best to SPOIL as much as I can hahaha. We have my boy Gon Freecs. Even though his father ditched him ever since he was little, he sets out on a journey to find him. He sets off from his hometown Whale Island, to take the Hunter examination that occurs annually.

The Hunter exam is a test like no other. A test that measures ones physical and mental endurance to the limits. A test with a success rate of 1 in 10,000. A test that most of us wouldn’t be able to pass LMAO. A test that has pre-tests before the actual tests to weed out the noobs. How many tests do you bloody need lol

 

Along the way, Gon meets up with fellow hunter examinees. He first met Leorio, Kurapika and finally Killua. These guys get along instantly as they have similar personalities. Each of them is very skilled in fighting and can hold their own. As the story unfolds, they all develop amazing powers of their own. Except for Leorio, he ditched for about 600 chapter before making a return because he was studying for his medical exam LMAO.

Some of the tests were a marathon run, walking through a jungle full of traps, making sushi……where nobody passed lol. Killing other applicants was optional so you’ll see a bit of bloodshed here and there but it’s pretty mild compared to Elfen Leid lol.

The most intriguing character is Hisoka. Till this very day, I still cannot comprehend how weird? fucked up he his. He takes a liking to Gon seeing him as a fresh piece of meat. However, he is always carefully protecting Gon until the day he gets strong and fun enough to kill. I know right, he’s pretty messed up.

Let’s skip forward a little bit, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio passed the test. Killua, however, withdrew from the test because he brother Ilumi interfered and blackmailed him. I honestly hate Ilumi so much. Forcing Killua to go home to his family. Oh did I mention that Killua comes from a family of assassins? Oops…. lol

Gon, Kurapika and Leorio head off to Kukuroo Mountain to get Killua back. They had to pass a few tests before they were able to see Killua. The most ridiculous test was the 256-ton door at the start. But coolest scene you’ll see is the coin throwing test. They seriously made it look so cool. Try not to break any windows while doing the tricks lol.

After passing all the tests, they were able to take Killua and leave. Gon and Killua wanted to hone their fighting skills so they head off to Heaven’s Arena. Kuripika had a goal of retrieving his clan’s eyeballs so he sets off to work as a bodyguard to gather more information. That sounds like a good goal lol. Leorio leaves to finish off medical school and disappears for like 500+ chapters before returning and doing something meaningful lol.

The Heavens Arena is a building consisting of 251 floors. Fighters from around the globe compete with each other and fight for money. The higher you advance, the money you earn. When you pass Floor 200, money is no longer involved and it’s about glory and fame.  The boys met a nerdy looking guy called Wing. The kung-fu master teaches them about Nen. This is where shit gets paranormal. Nen is like chakra in Naruto, Ki in Dragon Ball and Haki in One Piece. Its a type of energy that can be harnessed and transformed into superpowers. And guess who’s at the top of the tower. It’s out favourite pedo Hisoka, yayyyyyy. Hisoka and Gon battle it out and you could probably guess the result lol.

After finishing the tournament, the boys set off and continues their search for Gon’s father. They found a clue which leads them to Yorknew City. They believe that Greed Island, a game that Gin’s dad made would help lead to his whereabouts. Greed island is like Jumani, which sucks you in. The only way to make it out is to complete the game by collecting all the items in the game. The four of them run into trouble with the Phantom Troupe who are responsible for killing Kurapika’s clan members.

The boys did everything they could so that they could get their hands on the game. Eventually, they were able to join an expedition team led by a billionaire Battera.  You had to use nen to get into the game and that’s what they did. They set off and were able to collect around 30 items before hitting a dead end. They met a new mentor named Biscuit. Although don’t let her 12-year-old appearance fool you, she’s actually a 57-year-old woman. She was able to train the boys and further improve their nen. They team up to take down a player called Bomber who likes to blow people up.

The most memorable scene was in that arc was the dodgeball game. The boys team up with Hisoka to take down the game master, Razor. The 3 surprisingly had a very good strategy and their teamwork was on point. Pretty sure Hisoka came up with this 3 man spooning position. Effective but still creepy AF though…… After winning, they found out that Gin was not on the island. Sad times.

Gon and Killua were able to return back safely. Gon used a teleportation card his got from the game and transported to the player call Nig. He arrived behind a mysterious person, turning out to be his past friend Kite who used his Dad’s name to play the game. The Hunter Association gathered a group of people to investigate a washed up insect leg on the beach.

They proceed to Neo Green Life Island to look for the Chimera Ants. They were reported to have been killing off thousands of people so that they could lay their eggs in them. One thing led to another and Kite gets killed by a Chimaera Ant lmao. That escalated quickly. More things led to another, Killuas family steps in for a while, Nefetero dies fighting the big Boss Meruem, Gon used a special power-up and lost all of his Nen. By far this is the best Arc in the whole series. I just can’t get enough of the fights, they are truly breathtaking. 

Killua in desperation gets his sister Alluka to heal him. She has like this other spirit entity possessing her and only comes out when she asks for people for favours. Killua had to risk his life to steal his sister out of Kukuroo Mountain. Being chased by his brother Illumi who was trying to kill him throughout the journey.  Finally, Gon got revived thanks to Alluka freaky powers. Thank goodness for that little creepy ghost girl, Alluka. Leorio was able to find Gin and gave him a good punch for ditching Gon all these years. Now that Gon is all healed up he heads over to see his father and had a little long overdue reunion with him. I loved how everyone in the anime was giving Gin shit for being a bad dad hahaha.

 

After this, it really gets into the democratic side of shit which I find really boring. They were trying to figure out who would become the next Hunter President and took about 50 episodes to finally decide who it would be. An exploration of the Dark Continent led by Netero’s son Beyond Netero happens after the election. This is where Kurapika and Leorio come back into the story again but tbh Leorio hasn’t been seen for about 100+ chapters now after boarding the ship…….. He’s getting really good at ghosting haha. The Succession war is going on and there is a whole lot of boring talk that doesn’t really go anywhere so you can pretty much skip this Arc lol

Just wait until they get to the Dark Continent. The hype around the 5 Great Calamities sounds so good and I can’t wait until we see it in action! And apparently, the monsters in the Dark Continents are extremely huge in size which is crazyyyyy!

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 73!

 I never go back on my word. Thats my ninja way!

After the 4th great shinobi war, everything has been quite peaceful. Naruto and Sasuke each settled down and started a family of their own. Naruto and Hinata got married, has a son name Boruto and a daughter Himawari. Sasuke married Sakura and had a daughter called Sarada. Really heartwarming when you see the characters you grew up with have kids ❤

The biggest difference I will point out though is that 13 episodes into Naruto and they were fighting for life and death with Zabuza in the hidden mist village. 13 episodes into Boruto and they were still trying to find a cat LMAO. It’s understandable due to the differences in each era. I mean you can’t make kids go fight a war in an era of peace can you lol. Regardless, the love for the series still remains as we see Boruto develops as a ninja.

Now its time for Boruto to shine! Boruto is in every way like his dad expect luckily he got Hinata’s brain and is actually quite smart. Nonetheless, he still gets into quite a lot of trouble lol. His relationship with Naruto isn’t that great either because ever since becoming the Hokage, he’s been extremely busy.

Due to fate, Boruto was placed into the same team as Sarada and Mitsuki. Mitsuki is well…..Orochimaru’s son……….gender neutrality is the only answer I’ve got for Orochimaru lol. These guys were placed into Team 7 identical to their parents. The legendary team 7 is led by Kohohamaru who is now all grown up and is the total package I must say.

Boruto’s fighting style is very similar to the Hyuga clans fighting style. This includes a lot of palm strikes that are similar to Hinata’s gentle fist style. Although he does mix it up from time to time and I find his taijutsu a little inconsistent at times. Like a confused child who wants to oppose his Dad’s fighting style.  He has no desire to become Hokage but idolises Sasuke while its the opposite for Sarada who wants to become a Hokage.

Boruto has been showings signs of developing the Jougan visual powers. The only thing we’ve seen so far is that its ability to warp large Nue and detect abnormal energy. Mixed it with wind, lighting style and even the Rasengan, Boruto creates a variety of battle techniques that he utilizes on the battlefield to kick some ass! There is no doubt that Boruto is a GENIUS and only time will tell how strong he will become. And because of the lines on his face, he should be able to control the nine-tails chakra when the time comes.

Back to this episode, Mitsuki was last seen attacking a Chunin who was on watch. Mysterious leaving the village with only the message “Boruto, this is my will”. What’s that, you want to become like your dad Orochimaru who destroys the hidden leaf village is it? HELL NO MITSUKI. YOU GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE. In my opinion, Mitsuki is the strongest out of the trio at this point in time. He is able to utilise sage mode but has been reluctant to do so because he didn’t want to blow his cover.

 

We later then discover that Boruto and Sarada have snuck out of the hidden leaf to visit Orochimaru himself.  What did they find there? Just Orochimaru doing his shady work as usual LOL. They handed him Mitsuki’s pet snake and he was unable to extract anything from it. OROCHIMARU YOU USELESS PIECE OF SHIT. However, he was able to give Boruto and Sarada clues to someone who is able to help. The White Snake Sage.

Boruto has an upbeat theme to it when compared to Naruto. The visuals are more focused on bright, cheerful and colourful animations. It is really targeting the newer generation of anime viewers. The battle intensity from Naruto battles has yet to be seen from the crossover which is really disappointing but as a viewer, I still have hope that it will get just as or even more intense than what we’ve seen. THIS ANIME SHALL NOT DISAPPOINT!

My Hero Academia Episode 61: Deku VS Kacchan, Part 2!

Go Beyond! PLUS ULTRA!

MY HERO ACADEMIA! If you’ve never heard of this then……well…… I’m so sorry for your loss lol. The story revolves around young Midoriya Izuku. His nickname is Deku and like the meaning in Japanese, he was pretty useless lol. He was born, Quirkless. A quirk is like a superpower that everyone has and about 90% of the world has a Quirk of some sort. Please keep up lol. And like every anime of this generation, he’s got a bitch ass rival Bakugo Katsuki.

We’re on season 3 atm so the long story short is that these two were childhood friends. Bakugo got his explosive quirk first and started bullying Deku because he never got his. There was always this awkward tension between the two where Deku desperately tries to reach out to him but was always denied by Bakugo’s short temper. Pretty much like Naruto and Sasuke’s relationship lol

All Might was the biggest symbol of hope. His Quirk is All For One which is superhuman strength. Don’t get me started on the names of the special attacks lol. Detroit smash, Texas Smash,  Oklahoma Smash are just one of the few you’ll be hearing lol. Pretty sure they represent the locations where the moves were created as All Might use to study in America.

All Might a role model who saved the day with a big cheesy smile. And no matter what situation he was put into, he would always prevail on top of evil. He was a role model to both Deku and Bakugo and a few other characters in the series. They both wanted to be pro-heroes just like All Might and one day even surpass him. Deku was waiting for ages in hope and desperation for his Quirk to develop. It was pretty sad that Deku never developed his Quirk. The flashback actually broke my heart man </3.

Due to fate, Deku was able to meet the hero of his dreams All Might. Kacchan got attacked by some goo monster and Deku rushed in to save him. They couldn’t do shit so All Might had to save them. After seeing Deku’s courage and braveness, he decided to take him as a student of his own. Deku had to undergo a trial before All Might will accept to train him. He had to clean an entire beach full of junk until it was spotless. And boy was that beach filthy. Luckily my boy came out on top and gained a six pack in the process. He was ripped af now lol.

All Might decided that it was time for him to pass down his power All For One to Deku. How did he do that? You guessed it! He made him eat a piece of his hair! Shoto wait a minute, wtf did you say? All For One slowly accumulated in Deku’s body but because he’s a noob, he couldn’t control it. He’ll be breaking his arm after every powerful punch. Then as he became smarter, he started using his fingers. Which still broke after each use LMAO.

What happened in Season 3 that lead to this fight was that Bakugo got kidnapped by Villians League while they were at their summer training camp. Everyone had to go rescue him and All Might ended up pushing himself to the limit and used up All For One. Ever since they got back, Bakugo was blaming himself for the All Might’s Quirk being used up. He confronted Deku, acknowledging the similarities between his and All Might’s quirk. So observant young Bakugo lol.

He was able to conclude that All Might, passed down his power to Deku. Knowing this, he was PISSED that his useless friend who was always behind him was acknowledged by the greatest hero of all time All Might. Bakugo wanted to prove ones and for all that, he was still the best.  Bakugo always hated Deku for showing sympathy for him and always looking down on him. BAKA! He’s just being a good friend you idiot! Talking was futile so Deku just accepted the fight and in the end, lost got interrupted by All Might. That’s the nice way of saying he got his ass whooped lol

I feel like this fight had a lot of meaning behind it. For the first time, they were able to openly express how they feel about one another. Now that they got everything out of the way they can become proper rivals now as All Might stated. We can see during their house arrest, they were discussing to each other about Deku’s Shoot style. This was kawaii to see a bit of bromance between the two. I’m sure their relationship will only get stronger at this point because they have been through a fuck ton together.
